Delicious and nutritious, Post cereals does it again with another wonderful font inspiration! Post Crispy Critters was just plain awesome – animal shaped oat cereal bites, the simplest of gimmicks.
Vintage advertisements and ephemera does it again, serving up this gem of a find. From the unicase styling to the fashionably fun flare serifs, this lettering was crying to be brought back to life, and I find it hard to resist funky display lettering styles.
Post had it going on back in the day as far as the wow factor on some of their cereal boxes. As a matter of fact, there’s a nice clean unicase condensed sans-serif style (that’s a mouthful) on this box that’d make for a slick revival.
